2016 GMC Terrain Denali Review with Photos and Video #PhiDistrict @DistrictDrive

Wow! We just spent the last week driving the brand new 2016 GMC Terrain Denali and it was incredible. Honestly, it just broke my heart to turn this vehicle in after our week review was over! I definitely need a new car with my current SUV being 9 years old so you can imagine I was VERY impressed with the bells and whistles on this smooth comfortable and high tech family ride.  And when I say high tech this car actually has 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot for everyone to use! Genius! Check out our  2016 GMC Terrain Denali Review with Photos and Video below.

2016 GMC Terrain Denali Review with Photos and Video

Here’s some photos and video so you can take a peek at the new 2016 GMC Terrain Denali up close. Pricing starts at about $34K but my vehicle was priced at $41K given it is the Denali version with leather and all the extra luxurious highlights and features.

What my family LOVED

I absolutely LOVED the ride and smoothness while driving. This SUV rides like a car or mini van and NOT a truck. So it was smooth and easy to drive. And since it only seats 5 – perfect for my family of 4 – I found this car roomy for all we needed but not so big that I felt like I was driving a tractor trailer when it was time to switch lanes on the highway or pull out of a tight parking spot. Hooray!

The trunk had a fabulous button touch liftgate for the trunk and tons of trunk room – even netting to keep it all organized inside the trunk too. We had a great sun roof and the kids were really impressed with their cupholders. I also loved what I felt was a very organized console area with tons of space for my devices to charge but also room to put a water bottle and more.

And of course – the car was a gorgeous RED so we felt trendy and cool driving this baby around town last week!

High Tech for the Modern Family 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot Included

Yes this is beyond awesome! Truly incredible to find this car has it’s own hotspot. Genius! You can easily connect up to 7 tablets, laptops or other devices – like the kids ipod touches or ipads. How great is this for long road trips??? We are so impressed! And of course there are many spots with USB outlets in the vehicle to charge all your devices too.

Safety Features Galore with the GMC Terrain

I love GMC since it’s a brand I TRUST implicitly with safety. Onstar, 6 standard airbags, standard rear vision camera for backing up and a forward collision alert and lane departure warnings plus a side blind zone alert. BRILLIANT!!!!!

What’s New with the 2016 GMC Terrain per the Website

Since I’ve never drive the previous Terrian, I can’t offer my own unique perspective on what’s “new” for 2016. Here are the highlights I pulled from the website.

For 2016, the Terrain’s bold design has been updated and features a new hood design, redesigned front and rear fascia with chrome accents, new LED daytime running lamps and a new 3-bar grille design that is distinctively GMC.
