  • Poptropica: Poptropica is my kids absolute FAVORITE app and game to play on their computer. Honestly my kids are OBSESSED with Poptropica and they’ve been playing it now for nearly 6 months and it hasn’t lost any of it’s appeal! Poptropica is the ultimate online adventure game played by millions of children (ages 7-12) and is the brainchild of acclaimed author Jeff Kinney, “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.” Here kids explore dozen of islands where they travel back in time to meet favorite literary characters, explore historical events, battle monsters, solve mysteries and make new friends.  This is a tweens digital delight that inspires the reluctant reader and stretches the avid reader to play/read on. Membership is $3.95 per month or $19.95 for 6 months.

  • Water Bears VR is a 3D puzzle game where kids (ages 10+) must free the trapped, dehydrated water bears by rerouting, remixing and redirecting water flows in a frolicking virtual 3D island.  Water Bears are picky drinkers though, so each one will only accept water of a particular color, requiring the player to put the pipes in the right place and manipulate the color of the water to make them happy.  An incredible, immersive experience, Water Bears VR puts the player on the virtual tropical island to explore, solve puzzles and even tickle the water bears. Requires HTC Vive to play.  Available now for $9.99 on Steam.

  1. Very good blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you propose starting with a free platform like
Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there
that I’m totally confused .. Any recommendations?
    Bless you!
