We try to stay healthy by not eating anything that has the words “Partially Hydrogenated Oil” in the ingredients list. (Fully hydrogenated is fine; just watch out for “partially”). If you follow that one rule, you’ll eliminate a ton of junk food and trans fat from your diet. It’s amazing how many foods labeled as “healthy” has this junk in it; I’ve even found it in frozen peas that had butter sauce!!! Even items marked as “0″ trans fat can have it; it all depends on how tiny they listed their serving size.
