Juggling 2 kids in a parking lot gives me a real appreciation for this parking lot safety related gizmo. The Parking Pal magnet is as simple as can be and it totally makes sense. Just place it on the side of your car and tell the kiddos to place their hand there and NOT MOVE while you load the trunk with groceries or buckle other toddlers and infants into their car seats. I honestly have had a few close calls with my 2 year old - she has never been in danger of being hit by a vehicle but I find it awkward for her to know where to stand while I load the baby into his seat and sometimes she moves right in front of the car door as I'm opening it and one time she was even struck down by the door as I opened it! Lucikly she was fine but it was a real wake call about just how dangerous parking lots can be for little ones.
