I somehow stumbled upon this title after reading a review of it in Entertainment Weekly and it piqued my interest so I bought it for my Kindle. Let me tell you I was TOTALLY consumed by this book. Literally reading it in every spare moment as I became captivated by the characters and their plight. The story is about a reluctant witch who refuses to use her powers, but finds them unleashed after she stumbles upon an ancient lost manuscript. With the unleashing of her powers and the discovery of this enchanted manuscript she becomes tangled in an adventure and love story with a 1,500 year old vampire.
