Bellybar Shakes are my latest food and beverage obsession. Totally scrumptious. I kid you not this sample came in the mail and I devoured my first shake within 15 minutes of opening the package. And subsequently ordered 16 more shakes from Baby Center within the hour. Bellybar Shakes are now my favorite item in the “Bellybar” product line of goodies for before, during, and after pregnancy. As a breastfeeding mama, I struggle stay hydrated and keep my caloric intake high enough to keep up my level of energy and to satisfy my 5 month old’s growing body. They’ve got 2 flavors: chocolate and vanilla. I find both equally yummy. These shakes satisfy my cravings and quench my thirst. Even better they are about 180 calories and fortified with the elusive DHA along with fiber. Each milkshake contains 50 mg vegetarian omega-3 DHA and about 4 grams of Fiber.
