Kellogg’s New Green Packaging for Cereal Boxes

Classy Mommy got a sneak peek at Kellogg’s brand new packaging which gives the consumer the same amount of cereal in a package with a lot less waste. The new boxes are smaller, stackable, and use 8% less in material. Kellogg’s is doing a 6 month test of this “greener” packaging for their Cereal Boxes in the Detroit, Michigan marketplace. As a Mom, the new box size really appeals to me as it will save space in my pantry and also reduce the waste I generate from the consumer products I purchase on a regular basis.

Let’s hope other consumers love it too!
