The overall highlight of our conversation was that we all learned is that as a blogger or Mompreneur selling products that you need to seriously think about forming a simple LLC to protect yourself and your families assets in the event of a lawsuit.

I signed up for a LLC a few years ago online via Biz Filings (http://www.bizfilings.com/). You can sign up online or meet with a lawyer, as Aruna recommends, so that you can be sure you are meeting all the requirements of your State and your unique business situation. Also, if you have an LLC formed you need to be sure you have an operating agreement on file for your business and that annually you need to be maintaining these records.
