Walmart sent me this Maybelline Pulse Perfection Mascara to review before it hit stores. It will be available on May 18th at Walmart for $12.95 and in store everywhere May 28th, 2009 at $14.95. I’ve got a little video review here if you’d like to hear a little bit more about the product. Definitely for a more dramatic look. The vibrating takes some getting used too but it is pretty cool.
