I did it. After 1 year of not getting out to run, I did it, and it went surprisingly well. It went so well that I was constantly aware of it. I only went for 30 minutes (in the ten years of running before I jogged about 45-60 minutes). It must be the walking. Today, though, I woke up with sore muscles. I guess that’s the price to pay.
