With the sparklers and fireworks over 4th of July, I actually (and unfortunately!) had chance to truly review a product called Burn Jel. Basically, Lidocaine which relieves and soothes burns, scalds, and sunburns. Luckily, we just had a minor burn – we cautioned the 2 year olds with their sparklers not to touch sparklers – however, my little goddaughter Kylie touched the tip after it burned out and got a little blister on her fingertip. She was a tough cookie and didn’t cry, but said it totally hurt. We gave her ice and then I applied this Burn Jel for anyone aged 2 & up.
