Disney Vitamins – Avengers, Monsters University, and more!

Kids love characters and Disney Vitamins are the perfect vehicle for character fun to insure kids look forward to their daily vitamin. With back to school season right around the corner, this is the ideal time to encourage daily routines. One key part of our daily routine is always giving the kids a multi-vitamin every day. We strive to eat a healthy balanced diet, but I feel like we are always rushing and giving the kids a daily multivitamin is one thing I can control and makes me more confident that as a Mom I’m giving my kids the key nutrients they need.

Disney Vitamins sent us a handful of their varieties for a review. They are super fun and my kids LOVED the gummy taste. (Mom too!)

These are seriously YUMMY gummies. I tasted them too and loved them! For kids 4+ you can even eat 2 per day which is great, because they taste so good you really do want to eat 2 gummies. Truly they taste like a treat. My kids were wild about their sampling.

Available in a handful of cool styles at Walmart – Avengers, Cars, Monsters U, Princess, Phineas & Ferb, and Mickey Mouse. Disney Vitamins include 10 essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A for eye health, B Vitamins for energy metabolism, and C&D for immune support. There are NO artificial flavors or colors either. Yeah!

The only missing item to take note of nutritionally is that the Disney daily multivitamins do NOT include Iron. The market for kids multivitamins is mixed with some vitamins containing iron, while the standard vitamin does not. Most kids get enough iron in their diets with fortified foods and meat. The lack of iron in a multivitamin is normal and totally fine if your kids don’t need extra additional iron. In our case, I really pay attention to this label now as Kenzie has a history of becoming anemic that started when she was 4 years old. After supplements, she became normal, but recently after a period of taking a multivitamin that did not include iron for 6 months, we noticed that her numbers started to slide, so she is a kid who does need a multivitamin that includes additional iron.

New to Disney Vitamins:

We sampled 2 new Disney Vitamin products. Fiber Gummies and Sugar Free multivitamins.

The new Fiber Gummies contain 3 grams of fiber per serving to help supplement a child’s fiber intake. The new Sugar Free multivitamins contain over 10 essential vitamins and minerals and 0g of sugar.

As a participant in the Walmart Moms Program, I’ve received a sample product along with compensation for my time and efforts in creating this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
