Energizer Family Battery Charger

As an official online brand advocate for Energizer Rechargeables, I get the privilege to test out new battery chargers for free every few months. I think the Family Charger is probably your biggest bang for the buck as far as value goes as this charger literally works on everything from AA, AAA, C, D, and 9 V batteries. Normally, you think of needing a charger for your AA and AAA rechargeables however, with a new baby or small children in the house, you often have C and D batteries for toys, swings, and other giant plastic battery consuming children’s products. The size on this charger is obviously much bigger than the quick Energizer 15 minute charger or even the handy compact charger that only work on AA and AAA batteries. However, it is still a compact sized case – think half the size of a lunchbox. You drop the batteries in the case, close the lid, and it will begin charging. LCD panel lights let you know it’s working and when the batteries are all lit up, you know they are charged. Charge time is longer and ranges depending on the size of the batteries – from 3 hrs to as much as 7 hours for the longer ones.
