We received an advanced copy to review and I read it last weekend in about 48 hours as I couldn’t put it down. The book just spoke to me as someone who is married for almost 10 years with 2 children as the main character, a suburban wife, takes stock of her life. Here’s the interior of our bag – it’s spacious and roomy. And of course as you saw in the video I love the adustable straps as that is one of my biggest requirements for a diaper bag that will last through the years and for many different events – hanging on the stroller, at the mall, at the park or just slung over my shoulder.

Foundation really is essential and smooths everything out for a great base before applying my bronzer, lipliner, lipstick, and eye makeup. Plus I love giving myself a bit more color with my foundation!  I wish it had included an SPF 15 too but otherwise this is an ideal foundation – just remember to put on your sunscreen if you are going to be outside.

Olay Regenerist – this entire line is perfect for Moms and any woman in their 30′s wanting to stave off those wrinkled and really moisturize and care for their skin to prevent those fine lines and wrinkles. This is a Microscultping Cream that I use as a moisturizer morning and night 2x per day before applying my foundation and before going to bed.

Olay also launched these convenient sweet make-up wipes. I love these to wash my face at night and after a quick run or workout in the middle of the day to remove sweaty makeup quickly on the go before I re-apply and rush off to my next activity with the kids.

The LashBlast 24 HR Mascara works beautifully and honestly I’m shocked how full it makes my eyelashes look in just a few quick strokes. I also loved that I have ZERO eye irritation from this mascara as I tend to be sensitive to various eye make ups but I had no problems with this mascara.

The Fishpipe is located at Camp Grande and The Teen Spot at Grand Wailea and is open daily from 10 am – 5 pm and also from 6 pm – 8 pm on Tuesday and Friday nights to ages 5 years old and up.

Sounds like something I’d love to try and I’m sure my kids would too – this definitely would be super fun for families to experience together.

One thing you can’t deny about Merida from Disney’s movie Brave: she’s got killer hair. I mean, seriously, I’m a bit jealous of all you red heads out there after watching this movie. Her curly hair hypnotizes you during the movie. You can’t stop looking at it now, can you?

So after becoming envious of an animated characters sweet style, I was especially anxious to meet Claudia at Pixar who was one of the stylists for Merida. Did you know she has an entire team of stylists and designers? Just wait, it gets better. There’s an actual grooming team at Pixar who does “anything fur and hair” for the movie. There’s even a person assigned just to Merida’s eyebrows as her full-time job!

Now if you think about it, you’ve probably never seen hair this unique in other movies. In fact, I’m sure you haven’t because the stylist for Merida’s hair wanted it to be so life-like that she had a curling iron created in the computer to literally curl her hair just how she envisioned! Forget the simple drawing of hair like the old days. Nope, Merida has to spend hours in front of the mirror just like any other girl if she wants soft, voluminous curls that will drive the boys wild.

Other hairy facts:

1. Merida’s hair is 4 feet long when it’s straight.

2. Even though Merida has iconic hair, her horse Angus has the most difficult hair to create in the movie.

3. The scene that you see when Merida pulls off her hood took 2 months to finish.

4. Merida’s eyebrows have more hairs than a real human’s eyebrows.
