Those who knew me in real life know I can’t cook worth a dime. Besides the fact that I find it nearly impossible to eat myself when constantly chasing after and feeding 2 starving children, both my husband and I just can not get it together in the kitchen. I’m thrilled with the recipes and anxious to try many of them out as they fit my need for convenience as many recipes include simple ingredients like a meat, a veggie, along with "pre made" canned sauces, broths or soups for flavoring which will reduce my grocery list and enable me to keep the basics in my pantry while still manage to put together a meal.
