Campbell’s Slow Cooker Recipes Free Online

Those who knew me in real life know I can’t cook worth a dime. Besides the fact that I find it nearly impossible to eat myself when constantly chasing after and feeding 2 starving children, both my husband and I just can not get it together in the kitchen. A home cooked meal for us is often times frozen meatballs and pasta, scrambled eggs, fish sticks and fries, or at best a homemade meatloaf. So this year, I’m working on trying to create menus for the week and find easy food solutions that I can handle. And the crock pot seems to be 1 tool that might just help me get there. I’ve been buying pre-packaged frozen "slow cooker" mixes at the grocery store and just now was sent this amazing Slow Cooker Recipe book from Campbell’s. I’m thrilled with the recipes and anxious to try many of them out as they fit my need for convenience as many recipes include simple ingredients like a meat, a veggie, along with "pre made" canned sauces, broths or soups for flavoring which will reduce my grocery list and enable me to keep the basics in my pantry while still manage to put together a meal. Check out this website to pull up a ton of free online slow cooker recipes! For more information, click here. Price: $1

Yummy in my Tummy

We recently were able to test out several of the super and truly "Yummy in my Tummy" fresh organic foods for babies and toddlers. Shipped to us frozen, Baby Kyle and I both were beyond impressed with the assortment of flavors, delicious taste, and especially price. At $1.53 per serving it wasn’t too far off what I used to pay for my more processed Gerber organic baby food. Kyle’s favorite flavor was the Stage 2 Apples, Pears, and Raisins. They also have more unusual flavors you wont’ find in store or be likely to make on your own like Apples and Rhubarb or Sweet Potato and Spinach. Yummy in my Tummy indeed. As a bonus, the food is packaged in BPA-free, phthalate-free, BHT-free, and BHA-free barrier containers and made available for in-store pick-up (NYC) or convenient delivery service. Fabkins Cloth Napkins

We’re fans of Cloth napkins for the kids and Fabkins fit the order. Fabkins has 8 kid friendly bright designs with a range of adorable colors and patterns. Kenzie’s preschool requires only cloth napkins for snack or lunch bunch since it is an easy kid friendly way to teach our children about protecting the environment. Elizabeth Rogers, co-author of The Green Book, was quoted on a 2007 Oprah show that "If we all gave up one [paper] napkin a day, we could save a billion pounds of paper waste from going to landfills [each] year." Baby Bottle Bibs

Who knew that a scrunchie would inspire such an amazing baby product! Mom turned inventor Monica Jones’ baby boys were so messy that everytime they ate, their outfits had to be changed because of dribble and bottle leaks that left them soaked. Her babies also experienced milk rashes due to the constant wetness on their cheeks and chin. Hence, she created baby bottle bibs to solve the problem of absorbing baby’s dribble along with catching unexpected bottle leaks. They come in pink and blue and are made with ultra absorbent microfiber. Sold in a two pack for $9, they are available on their website, www.ritzybitzy.com. Enter code MOMCLASS10 for 10% off your entire order! For more information, click here. Price: $9

Home Free Allergy Free Cookies

Did you know that food allergies impact an estimated 3 million children in the US? My 16 month old is part of these statistics. He suffers from an egg allergy which luckily I discovered before even letting him taste eggs. He was covered in eczema as a baby – and as soon as I stopped breastfeeding it disappeared within days. This led me to believe he had a food allergy. Skin tests revealed the culprit to be eggs as opposed to the dreaded peanut. So we’ve been avoiding all egg products or foods that contain eggs. Which just about eliminates every form of cookie or cake with the exception of sweet tasting animal crackers or graham crackers. Recently, we were sent samples of seriously yummy allergy free cookies to test from HomeFree as they’ve launched a new brand of organic, ready-to-eat, whole grain cookies and coffee cakes free of common food allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy and eggs. These cookies were totally delicious. Kyle devoured them and I admit the rest of the family tried to ration off our shares to him but they were so tasty we all ate our fair share! Oatmeal chocolate chip was my favorite flavor and I’ll definitely be ordering more as I love to have allergy free sweet snacks for him on hand when we go to birthday parties or other social gatherings. You can purchase at Whole Foods or online. HomeFree was created by a Mom whose son suffered from food allergies. They are made in a dedicated baking facility, where it conducts allergen testing on ingredients and random product batches to ensure that each product is free of common food allergens. Note: the Manufacturer states they are fine for most people allergic to wheat (not gluten-free; contain oats)and they are fine for most people allergic to soy (most contain soy lecithin).
