Gluten Free Rice Krispie Fried Chicken Recipe

This 3 ingredient Gluten Free Rice Krispie Fried Chicken Recipe is super yummy and simple to make. A favorite in our house and I’m so excited to share this one.

Talk about easy cooking for a convenience chef like myself – I can embrace any recipe with only 3 ingredients! Without a doubt, this is the easiest recipe I know for making quick, delicious, and gluten free fried chicken. The gluten free aspect is just using certified “gluten free” Rice Krispies to make your meal instead of regular Rice Krispies, so there is no difference in taste.

Fried chicken is always a favorite dish for everyone and I’m sure you’ll love this take on the classic Fried chicken. The rice krispies add a crunchy and delicious taste. I also think this is a healthier and super yummy Fried chicken dish compared to traditional recipes.


1 lb.Chicken Breasts or Drums 

1/2  cup Vegetable Oil

2 cups Gluten Free Rice Krispies 


Line baking pan with foil. Preheat oven to 350.

 Gently pour vegetable oil over your chicken. Top your chicken off with Rice Krispies. Add your favorite seasonings. We use Italian seasonings, plus salt and pepper. 

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Rice Krispies will be crunchy and delicious creating a healthier and super yummy Fried Chicken dish.
