Favorite flavors and tastes can evoke powerful memories. Special meals and the food we eat – especially on special occasions – are such an important part of our lives. Flavors and use of spices are passed down in the form of recipes over generations. Incredible to think that some of our recipes are essentially the same as my family was preparing over 100 years ago!
