Bergdorf Goodman is heaven on earth for any fashion lover, their happy place some may say! All fashionistas can recall their first trip to Bergdorf Goodman. It gives you chills and makes your heart race when you walk in through the revolving door from 5th Avenue. It’s where I bought my first Alice & Olivia top and my first Tory Burch Reva Flats on the 5th Floor (which also has a bar). It holds a special place in my heart.
With Bergdorf Goodman celebrating their 111th Anniversary, I had to purchase the book, “Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf Goodman,” – from $22 at Amazon. The stories from designers, employees and customers gives you a great history of the Goodman family, the store and the clientele. Even snippets from designer CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN and ISAAC MIZRAHI and memories of visiting the store from other celebrities like Candice Bergen, Rachel Zoe, Joan Rivers, and even Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
This book is the perfect gift for any fashionista!
