If you’re in the market for a double stroller, this is an excellent option and comes highly recommended by many Parents. Another option to the popular Sit n Stand, this stroller is quite comparable. I ended up purchasing the Deluxe Sit n Stand because I wanted a sun-shade for both children and I got an amazing price on the Sit n Stand vs. the current deals on the Joovy which did not include 2 sun shades. However, after all my research this was the other stroller that I strongly considered and recommend for Parents with children who will be about 2-3 years apart. Your little ones will ride comfortably and in style with this compact double stroller that features a baby seat and a sit and stand area for an older toddler. Unlike double strollers with side by side seating, this stroller maintains the single stroller’s streamlined shape making it much easier to maneuver than most double strollers. When it came time to purchase the eventual double strolller when I was pregnant with Baby #2 this was my pick. I’ve been very happy with it and think it is a great option for a family with an infant and a toddler as my children are spaced almost exactly 2 years apart. With the tandem design, you can have a traditional tandem stroller to accommodate your children if they both want to sit which is excellent for longer outings like days at the Zoo or for long trips to the Mall. Or, if you want to use the Sit n Stand traditional style, simply remove the back seat and your toddler can stand next to you. It’s a great pick if you can’t decide which stroller style is best for your needs as it gives you the flexibility to have a true double stroller but also the ability to convert to a basic Sit n Stand when the kids are older. The sun shades on this stroller are more than generous and you will be very happy having 2 large sized shades on hot summer days to keep both kiddos cool. They detach easily as well so in the Winter, I store them in the garage to make the stroller less bulky as I’m only using the stroller for the mall. Classy Mommy Approved. I’m super keen on this new product innovation called the Tag-A-Long invented by a Mom & Dad in Philly who realized someone really needed to create a product to keep those curious pre-schooler siblings in tow while Parents are tied up with strollers or shopping carts. (And no the leash is not for me or my kids. I think I swore that option off back in the 80′s when I saw other children forced into wearing bracelet like leashes made of the same material as the telephone cords of the era – that connected them to a parental figure. The Horror!) This nifty little contraption is ultra easy to attach to strollers or shopping carts – and takes up virtually no extra space and practically weighs nothing – thus causing Mom zero inconvenience. My 4 year old thankfully is lacking the wanderer gene, but I always want her to hold onto me and vice versa when we’re crossing parking lots and I’m otherwise engaged with a grocery cart (filled with the toddler & food) or my stroller and shopping bags when I’m leaving the mall. We tested out a sample and Kenzie stuck to it like super glue in the parking lot and it was far better than our prior parking lot drill where I requested she grab onto the belt loops of my jeans ever so carefully so I wouldn’t lose her or my pants in the process. Definitely give this product a go if your tykes are too big for the Sit n Stand but too small to be out on their own since they likely have that wandering gene. Classy Mommy Approved.
