My advice is for busy Moms like me since these strategies fit for my lifestyle and will probably work best for you too.

2. Forget about the workout wear. Seriously, even with running, I honestly can only manage a shower every other day or every 3rd day. You think I’m kidding. I’m not. You can do your stomach exercises any time of day no matter what you are wearing. Squeeze in a quick 1-5 minute of ab exercises throughout the day or during your favorite TV show at night.
