Today I am 37 weeks and 1 day pregnant. Mackenzie came at 36 weeks and 2 days. I could still be pregnant for almost another month – which will feel v. long! However, I had an appointment today – the latest news is that the doctor “thinks” I’ll be having the baby any day now – she said she thought it would be a Thanksgiving baby based on her exam!
I’m between 1-2 CM dilated, 75% effaced, and she could actually touch and feel the baby boy’s head as it is at ZERO station. This did not surprise me as I could tell the head had dropped even lower in the past few days – walking and sitting are difficult now as I can tell the head is engaged totally in my pelvis. The zero station was what impressed the doctor the most and made her think labor was imminent….. we’ll see what happens and keep you all posted!
