Win Khakis from Dockers

Win it! This giveaway has a quick turnaround. In celebration of Valentines Day, I’m giving away 5 pairs of Dockers to 5 lucky readers.
You may have seen the Dockers Men Without Pants commercial during the Super Bowl. It was all about men stepping up and wearing the pants – even though they weren’t! Dockers offered Classy Mommy the chance to giveaway 5 pairs of Dockers Soft Khakis in either a classic khaki color or a cool red.
Dockers is hoping to show that “men ARE wearing the pants” and that #chivalryisnotdead – especially on Valentine’s Day. So post a comment below or post to Twitter @ClassyMommy with the hashtag #chivalryisnotdead telling me a tidbit to share what your guy did for you on Valentine’s Day. I must profess my Valentine’s Day was totally lame as far as special treatment. Must be almost 7 years of marriage, 2 kids, and an exhausting week at Disney World but I didn’t even get a card this year! Yuck. But I must say at least 365 days a year my man is a gem to me and our children and that is all that really matters.
5 Winners will be selected to win a free pair of khakis in the size of their choice (Khaki or Red).
Enter to win by: 1. Leave a comment on this blog post below by February 18th, 2010. Include your email address if it’s not visible on your profile page – so we may contact you if you win. (5 winners will be chosen – US residents only. )

this valentines day, my husband sat with the 3 kids on the plane, while i sat across the aisle, shoveled the 2 feet of snow that was waiting for us in our driveway AND arranged for our broken heater to get fixed that night. he's my hero :-)

We welcomed our third (and final! :) child into our family exactly ten days before V-Day so ours was a bit quiet this year. Our new daughter, who was born in October with special needs, was our family's true Valentine this year. We spent the day together–all five of us (I have a 3 y/o and a 2 y/o as well) and just enjoyed our "babymoon". :) We capped the evening off with pizza, ordered from our favorite spot, and the company of a great friend. It was perfect.

Thanks for the chance to win!

We simply don't celebrate v-day. We celebrate every day, so doing something 'special' on 2-14 or 5-9 or 10-16 or whatever day the calander tells us to is ridiculous. By celebrating v-day, you are admitting that every other day is less special. I refuse to do that.

On Valentine’s Day, my dear husband got up and made me breakfast in bed–it was wonderful–he had even found my favorite bakery and brought me my favorite pastries(he’s never actually been there–he had to ask my best friend where it was located–it’s in the basement of a huge office building–they really only sell to restaurants–but if you go in they will sell you a few items–but it is so not him to be adventurous)
It was extra sweet of him because he is on a new diet from his Dr –that allows no sweets.
