Who knew Gluten free could taste so divine? At BlogHer last month, I sampled for the very first time these delicious gluten-free goodies from Udi’s. And I seriously could hardly stop myself from devouring the entire plate. These double chocolate chip muffins were cut up to look like little mini brownies. They were delectable!
My Dad was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease about a year ago and has been on the gluten free path ever since. Now I finally now what to serve up for dessert when I host my family for dinner! Yum.

They are seriously so delish! I keep them in my freezer and defrost one at a time as needed. 😉
I was “afraid” to try these because I had a feeling they would be out of this world and they are!!! I simply have not had anything so delicious since going gluten free last April. Talk about satisfying the chocolate urge! Unfortunately, the downside is that they each have 12 grams of fat, which is a lot if weight control is an issue which it is for me. However, to be able to have something so fabulous is such a treat. Thank you, Udi’s!
