2014 Nissan Versa Note Review Photos and Video #VersaNote

We had the opportunity to take the 2014 Nissan Versa Note for a week long ride and drive to learn more about this value priced family vehicle. With four doors, GPS, radio controls from the steering wheel and a price point starting at $13,900 this is an ideal car for families to consider when purchasing an additional vehicle for their teens or a 2nd family car that is practical, drives beautifully, and fits 4 adults comfortably.

The teal color – called Metallic Peacock – was a huge hit for the kids and I as we thought it was a fun, trendy, and bold color that perfectly fit this modern family car.

The Nissan Versa Note is receiving many accolades – the Kelley Blue Book named it one of the best back to school cars – I agree!

Check out our 2014 Nissan Versa Note Review. Note how spacious the trunk is, the GPS and the roomy back seats. At a price point of $13,900 – this value is incredible. And the car drives great too! I loved how easy it was to manouever and park since it is so small compared to my SUV or minivan.

2014 Nissan Versa Note Review Benefits:

Lots of highlights with our favorite features in the 2014 Nissan Versa Note.

Look at all the spacious room in the trunk for all of my groceries.

Parking is a cinch as the car is small so super easy to manouver and park at malls, grocery stores, and tight parking lots. Also, if this is a 3rd car in the family, it is easy to park it in your driveway and still back out other vehicles too.

Metallic Teal is the color of our demo unit. It is a trendy bold teal. We thought it was very cool and I think teens would really enjoy this as a first vehicle or the family car that they are allowed to drive.

GPS along with a video screen that has a camera which showcases whatever is behind the vehicle when you put the car in reverse. Fantastic for backing up and a great safety feature.

  1. It’s important to note that the Note you test drove is closer to the $18k-$19k price point. The base model comes with manual transmission, hand-crank windows, and no power locks. The one I purchased is a mid-grade for $17ishK and it’s nice, but it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles.

What drove my decision to purchase it was the leg room. WOW! More leg room for passengers in the back than many sedans I’ve seen! And the gas mileage is pretty good at 31 mpg city, 40 mpg highway, and an average of 35 mpg.

Nice that you had a chance to try it out!
