I discovered that apple cider vinegar can be god send at this time of the year.   It started with wondering why some people would take a shot of it each day.  It was known as an ancient folk remedy, claimed to help with all sorts of health problems. Isn’t that so cool?

Since apple cider vinegar’s natural antibacterial properties, it is a great facial cleanser. It can reduce breakouts and normalize our pH levels. Dilute the apple cider vinegar with water and apply it to any blemishes! You could create a little cleanser and have in your powder room and try incorporating into your skin care routine.
hair:
Ever have product billed up.. like it didn’t wash out all the way or your hair tends to be more oily. A homemade rinse can be made of: 1/3  cup apple cider vinegar and 4 cups water. Rinse after you shampoo with cold water. I really can’t wait to try this one!

If you do equal parts water and Apple Cider Vinegar, it will create a chemical-free home cleaner that will remove grime and bacteria! Use it on any surface. It will smell like ACV, but it goes away once surface is dry.Perfect DIY!

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Recipe:
• 2 glasses of water (15-30 oz.)
• 4 Tbsp. Bragg – Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother, the chunks of stuff floating in the jar)
• 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
• 4 Tbsp. honey (raw honey if possible)
Makes: 4-8 cups
