Easy Access: Clear Storage Solutions That Work

I admit I’m bin obsessed. Organizing household “excess” in containers is often the easiest way to sort and store everything, so I’m loving Rubbermaid’s new line of All Access Organizers. Take a peek at how I use them to store my 5 year old Kyle’s winter seasonal clothing.

Rubbermaid’s All Access organizers  provide a CLEAR drop down door on the side that not only lets you view what you are storing in your bins, but also lets you easily access the inside of a a stacked bin without having to take off the top lid.

See how I can easily reach inside Kyle’s bin via this handy side panel in our photo here.  I love that I’m able to see what seasonal clothing I’m storing in the bin – in this case winter holiday reds, long sleeves, rugbys for Fall, and even Halloween Skeleton tees and sweatshirts!

I keep these All Access bins in the kids closets like this so everything is still handy where I need it and easy to grab – and remember what we actually own!

Storing seasonal items in bins, lets me clear out drawers in the kids main dressers to make room for appropriate seasonal clothing. For summer, I clear out the above long sleeves, and can pop in a drawer full of handsome collared short sleeved “golf shirts” and nice tees for Kyle too!

Rubbermaid All Access Organizers are available at Walmart in 2 sizes. I’m storing Kyle’s clothing in the medium sized bin priced at $14,99 each. Below, I’m using their smaller sized organizer which is priced at $12.99 to store miscellaneous wrapping paper, gift bags, and tissue paper. I also love the smaller size to store Beauty items in my linen closet so I can see what I’ve got in my queue as far as extra deodorants, nail polish, facial wipes, and other products that I buy on sale and store in my bathroom closet.
