Banish those boo-boo blues! I know every Mom spends lots of time trying to make those tears disappear from all the bumps and bruises that come hand in hand with childhood. I can’t believe it is Week 11 of our weekly healthy living challenges! This Fall has flown by and Thanksgiving is this week! Nuts!
Be sure to join the fun with your family by downloading this free Disney Healthy Living check list here. It’s fabulous!

Disney Healthy Living has a sweet array of products for Mom’s arsenal to help battle those boo -boos.
We especially love those character themed Band Aids. In our house a Band Aid makes almost every hurt disappear in record time!
Boo-Boo Buddy ice packs are a hit here as well. Even if it only stays on for 1 minute, the mental relief it brings to my kids is well worth it. (Plus they double as ice packs in our lunch boxes too!)
And well Yogurt is a total staple with my kids – at lunch both Kenzie and Kyle eat it daily and they also love it as a snack. Remember – it’s also a super bone builder and easy on sore throats too!

Try these tips to help keep your kids smiling when a bump or bruise occurs:
- If your child gets hurt, be sure to explain how you’re helping each step of the way – knowing what is going on can bring him or her comfort.
- Ask your kids what their favorite Disney character would do favorite Disney characters when they aren’t feeling well. It might even bring out a giggle!
I’m passionate about Disney as you know already – so I’m thrilled to be joining them to promote these Healthy Living challenges. All thoughts and opinions are my own – with some input from my family of course

My son is at the age where a Band-Aid fixes everything (even imaginary boo-boos), so I usually just whip one out and he’s all better. 🙂
