I can’t believe this time of year is here already! A time where we can all gather, be grateful, thankful and eat delicious food! If your still looking for something to make and bring to the table, I have the perfect quick and easy apple pie “cake”. Check out all the details on my Easy Crustless Apple Pie Cake Recipe below!
Every year, my family does a pot luck. I love bringing desserts! The past few years I have attempted “pies” but for some reason something always happens last minute with my pie crust. Last year, I tried a “no bake” peanut butter pie in hopes that nothing could go wrong, it was no bake… yet, I still found myself running out to the store Thanksgiving morning to get another one and re try.
How about a “crestless” apple pie, but in cake form and no mishaps on Thanksgiving 🙂 Because it’s not Thanksgiving unless there some type of holiday favorite and vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
It was a success, super easy, and came together in no time. So even if it is last minute, you can pull together a nice dessert and still make it to your destination.
