I make small batches for the kids after school as I love these fresh and warm right out of the oven when the chocolate is all gooey. The below makes about 20 small clusters, if you want to make more, just double or triple the recipe.

Simple Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Clusters Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Mashed Banana

1 GoGo Squeeze Apple Cinnamon 3.2 fl oz Pouch (Feel free to use 1/2 cup of applesauce as a replacement if you prefer!)

1/4 cup Almond Milk

1 Heaping Cup of Oats

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla

1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon

1/3 of a bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Simply mix all the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Drop spoonfuls of the clusters onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

You could also use raisins or cranberries in addition or in lieu of the chocolate chips. Whatever your fancy!
