Catch & release! We had huge success on our 1st annual Father’s Day fishing adventure. Lots of sunny fish and a gigantic Bass! Hooray!
This kept things fun for the kids too who are already begging to go fishing again. And I’d love to do it – as a kid I went all the time with my Dad and I really do miss it. There is just something about being out in nature that is so relaxing.
And the scenery is always beautiful too- this time we just went fishing at home too which keeps things simple. My Parents have a lake on their property – the kids love it and exploring there with them reminds me of my own childhood.
The fish preferred the live bait but our Bass was caught with a lure. The kids each also caught their very own fish which kept everyone VERY happy!
