Mackenzie, my darling 3 year old Artist in training, was thrilled to create some prize homemade pictures and to sign her name with a brief message for both her Daddy and Poppy this past weekend. The pictures turned out just fine and she managed to figure out the spelling of , DAD, LOVE and POPPY after I showed her how to do it on another piece of scrap paper. Somehow her letter practicing went wild on Poppy’s final card. His sweet wish accidentally turned out to say Die Poppy Die. She had no idea of her mistake so we just let it slide and all had a good laugh.
