What are your favorite tricks to cure the mid morning or mid afternoon snack time urges? I usually try to stick to fruit for the kids and I. Raisins, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or sliced apples and peaches. And for those times when fruit just doesn’t seem to fit our schedule – we’re at the mall, park, or just out of the fresh stuff, we opt for crackers or pretzels and of course the kids standby – goldfish.
We were able to sample this very filling and rich snack time treat – a cracker with a twist, the Ritz Crackerfuls. My favorite flavor was the new Cheddar Cheese and Bacon. Delish! Each Crackerful is made with 6 grams of whole grains and real cheese too. Love how they are wrapped and packaged individually – (limiting me from eating a zillion since I’ll only pack one!) My picky kids- as expected prefer their traditional reduced fat Ritz crackers but I felt like I was indulging in a little delicacy with these savory salty snacks. Definitely Classy Mommy Approved!
