Who doesn’t love the sound of relaxing in a whipped cocoa bath? Now, the signature famous treatment from the Hershey Spa is something you can easily do at home! I’ve never had the privilege to indulge at the Hershey Spa but their chocolate treatments have been calling my name for years and my friends rave about their spa visits given we live only 90 mins from Hershey. Hershey just launched a line of goodies and sent us a sampler kit. With it we decided to let the kids indulge in their own Whipped Cocoa Bath just like you’d do at The Hershey Spa. If you’d like to get pampered at home in your own tub, here’s our tips on How To Make Your Own Whipped Cocoa Bath at Home.
How To Make Your Own Whipped Cocoa Bath at Home
It’s super easy! Tons of bubbles and the water turns the color of chocolate too! (Especially if you add more than 1/8 cup of cocoa powder!) Here’s how we did it with the recipe passed on to us from the folks at The Hershey Spa.
What you’ll need
1/8 cup Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
½ cup of the Hershey Spa Whipped Cocoa Bath
Note: If you don’t have the dry milk, you can still create a very yummy smelling bubblicious Cocoa Bath with the the Hershey’s cocoa powder in your pantry and the Hershey Spa Whipped Cocoa Bath product.
Any order works, but this is how we did it:
1. If you have a jacuzzi style spa tub, turn up the jets to create all kinds of frothy bubbles!
2. Add Hershey’s cocoa and dry milk powder early on while you fill up the tub.
3. Add Whipped Cocoa Bath near the end & turn up the jets!
4. Enjoy and relax! It smells amazing!
They all smell so yummy! The lotion is marvelous and the Chocolate Sugar Scrub is divine – I used it yesterday and my skin felt fantastic. Everything is all natural too!
