The walking totally did it for me. I’m a runner, but with a new baby finding time to run was tough but I would do tons of walk with the stroller – in the mall in winter and then outdoors in spring when I added running. Also, the breastfeeding is a great calorie burner. I wish I had had that belly to help my figure get flatter sooner lol 🙂

While pregnant with my 3rd child I did water aerobics and I think that helped a bunch. I am also nursing so that helps too.
I did a lot of walking while I was pregnant but the Belly Bandit did wonders for my body. It really helped me lose those pregnancy inches and I’m proud to say that I defeated the “pregnancy tummy”!
