It’s time to get schooled…. Monsters style! Are you ready for Monsters University to hit theaters next week on June 21st? My kids and I can not WAIT to see this movie. We’ve been reading all the Monsters University books for the past 2 weeks and today we spotted all kinds of monstrously cute Monsters University themed toys at Target. We always find that prepping our kids to see movies by reading the books and playing with the toys in advance is the ideal way to maximize their enjoyment in the theater – kids love repetition and being prepared for a movie’s storyline makes it so much more exciting and interesting for them.
Everything from plush stuffed toys to roller balls to my favorite – an Imaginext set of the Fraternity Row at MU.
I loved everything and thought the Imaginext sets were one of my favorites. I know my 5 year old son who is obsessive about set ups and owning every home – from castle to bat cave that Imaginext makes is definitely going to be adding this to his birthday list!
And since little boys love vehicles, here’s a Child Detection Agency vehicle too.
For the kids who love to role play – and practice scaring – here’s a cool Sulley mask too.
These figures are fabulous and are exclusive to Target. I always love Target’s toy exclusives – their holiday Barbie collections to these special Disney Pixar collections they put together from time to time.
