I honestly can’t rave enough about this Children’s book as that literally explains what it means to be a blogger. The story is told through the lens of a Kindergarten student names Josie who brings her Mom to school for Career Day. As Mom explains her job as a blogger, all the students and Josie ask questions about her job giving Mom a chance to share the tidbits about her online career from Tweeting to Blogging to Twitter parties.

Win it! We’re also giving away a copy to one lucky reader.  Entry details below.

My 6 year old has a whole new appreciation for my “blogging” now. Hooray!

My Mommy is a Blogger is available on Amazon for $17 and is written by very popular Green and Clean Mom Blogger, Sommer Poquette. Sommer is a very good online bloggy friend of mine and I’m always inspired and impressed by her business savvy and kind heart that is constantly spreading her passion for safe products for families, kids, and caring for the environment.

I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with Sommer in real life too and I’m so thrilled that she has  penned this successful children’s book about blogging.

  1. I’d LOVE this book for my kids. I’ve had several blogs in the past and my oldest daughter has even started her own blog. This would be a great Christmas gift for them!
And…I finished the Digital Mom Handbook, so that was a blogging book for me….now a blogging book for them!

  2. This would be great to read to my twin girls (4yo). They don’t quite understand what I do beyond “Mommy’s in the computer room again!”

  3. This would be wonderful! As a mom of four and a passionate blogger, my two girlfriends and I started this blog to empower women to make the most of their life and how they feel about themselves. As a divorced women my children have been told that I am wasting my time as a blogger. This book would help them to understand.
