Yummy gluten Free product alert! As you know, Kyle my 6 year old has celiac so we are super familiar with many gluten free products on the market. Finding a delicious flour and waffle or pancake mix can be a challenge and we’ve taken many brands on a test run. We recently took Nicole’s Naturals Gluten Free Waffle and Pancake Mix to the test and it passed with FLYING colors. This mix was absolutely fantastic and made the most scrumptious waffles ever! So good you’d never know they were gluten free! We all ate them for our Christmas morning breakfast and everyone devoured them. The waffles were soft and had a hint of cinnamon taste which made them very unique.

They are also soy free too so if you or your child has a soy allergy this is great as well!
