Super excited to actually see if my speedy husband Mike, an elite masters distance runner, actually ends up racing “4%” faster in these kicks too! Priced at $250 these racing shoes are definitely for the serious distance runner! Nike specially designed the Zoom Vaporfly 4% in their labs to try to help elite runners finally break the 2 HOUR marathon barrier which is 4:35 per mile pace for 26.2 miles. CRAZY fast right? WOW! These shoes are sold out in many sizes, but Nike says they are making more soon so stay tuned.

Mike says they feel AMAZING and unlike any other shoe. There is a carbon plate inside the shoe and it feels really springy in the toe box. The reason these shoes are supposed to make you run faster is because your biomechanics will be more efficient – by 4% so the big question is will runners then be 4% faster???? Really cool and interesting! Love the tech in these sneaks!
