Recipe: F3 Foods Cauliflower Au Gratin

I often make my kids cauliflower as a side dish and thankfully, they’ll eat it steamed and boring BUT they’re not overly excited about it and neither am I.

Recently, while testing out F3 Foods, a weight-loss and wellness delivery based food program, we were introduced to cauliflower au gratin  and we all went back for seconds. YUM!

Not only is F3’s version delicious, at 260 calories per serving, it’s not bad for you (Consider a recipe I previously got off the web 387).  Try it for yourself and see!
