This past weekend we got in the holiday spirit at Sesame Place’s Very Furry Christmas Party. Our favorite part is always the character meet and greets and seeing all the festive holiday decorations. It totally puts us in the mood for Christmas!
It was FREEZING during our visit, but if you time your visit right you can go indoors for holiday Sesame Character shows and then outdoors to enjoy your favorite rides. My kids are 5 and 7 and still really enjoy all things Sesame so we had a fun visit. If your planning a trip, check the schedule and book tickets to their special concerts. The day we went, the Imagination Movers were actually performing a holiday concert! We are obsessed with the Imagination Movers and I wish I had realized this info before our visit as we certainly would have timed it to attend this extra special event – which does have an additional cost. But we didn’t know until our arrival that the Movers would be in concert.
Sesame Place Very Furry Christmas Tickets are $24.99 at the gate and also allow for 2 visits between now and New Year’s Eve. Awesome! Plus, if you buy Sesame Place Furry Christmas Tickets in advance online you can save a few more bucks too!
Our favorite ride is the Vapor Trail Roller Coaster – I’m afraid of everything as is my 7 year old – but we love this and can totally handle it – so I’m sure you can too! It’s super fun and the perfect starter out coaster for kids. Lines for the coaster were shorter than any other lines so we rode it again and again …. and again and again!
