Just finished this fantastic summer read – The Beach House – Jane Green’s latest book. I first fell for her chick lit after reading Jemima J. The Beach House takes place on Nantucket which is a refreshing change from the typical NYC style chick lit. Love the location in this book and how Jane Green intertwines the lives of a handful of characters, all with separate stories and who do not know each other, until ultimately they all come together for a summer at “The Beach House” in Nantucket. Once I started reading I couldn’t really put it down. And the ending with a twist will surprise you too! As a a busy Mom of 2, I somehow managed to finish this read in less than 48 hours.
