Udi’s is my lifesaver. I seriously can not fathom life without Udi’s since my little boy’s Celiac diagnosis. And they’ve done it again with the introduction of these brand new Gluten Free Tortillas. I’ve been obsessed with Udi’s totally delicious gluten free “bread” products from muffins I can keep ready made in my freezer at home and preschool for my son to enjoy on special party occasions plus their delicious bread. No other bread compares as the other brands generally all taste terrible plus crumble and fall apart.
The tortillas do not disappoint. They are so yummy. Tasting delicious enough for the entire family to devour.

In the past, I’ve had to give Corn Tortillas to Kyle while we would eat flour tortillas as part of our dinner for items like Pork BBQ quesadillas, cheese quesadillas, and so on. Sadly, Kyle would always be picking at his meals – when I finally tasted the corn tortillas I was buying, I realized his pain and figured out why he was picking at his meal. I swear the baked corn tortillas honestly had the flavor of rocks and at times felt just as crunchy! So eating a soft scrumptious Udi’s gluten free tortilla is a dream for the entire family – not just our little guy with celiac.
