Allergy Relief Thanks to CVS Health Products  #FindYourHealthy

Do you suffer from seasonal allergies? I’ve partnered with CVS to talk about how my family and I like to find our healthy. My allergies are BRUTAL in the spring, summer and early fall thanks to all kinds of pollen and grasses wrecking havoc on me. Luckily, I’ve got all kinds of tricks to help me battle the symptoms and stay healthy.

Allergy Relief from CVS Health

Today’s options to battle allergies are leagues better than what was available when I was a kid. I love to shop at CVS and buy their store branded items, under the new CVS Health label, as these are just as effective as other brands but are only a fraction of the cost. With CVS, I know I can trust whatever they make and I love the nice packaging too. There’s no reason to pay more for other brand names when I can get the same results and save more money! These are just a few of the awesome CVS Health products we use to battle allergies in our household. And beyond just medicines, CVS Health has lozenges to soothe those coughs and scratchy throats and my kids and I love their Orange Blossom Honey. Did you know Honey is an immune booster? And if the kids or you are getting coughing fits at nighttime, a spoonful of honey can coat your throat and help sometimes help us stop that bed time cough.

One of my favorite CVS Health allergy relief items is their Fluticasone Nose spray. The ingredients are the same as those in the once prescribed Flonase medicine, but this version is less expensive and just as effective. A major way that I personally battle allergies and the subsequent sinus infections caused by allergies is to fight back using Fluticasone 2x daily.

If you haven’t tried Fluticasone yet, this is a great tool to keep in your allergy fighting arsenal. My doc has me start using it a few weeks before my allergies get bad in the spring – in early March before the pollen really hits….. and then I take a break in mid summer and resume it again in early August before the ragweed blooms. What remedies help you battle allergies?

CVS Health has all the active ingredients that other expensive “brand name” allergy medicines include — even when it comes to Antihistamines too as you can get Cetirizine — the active ingredient in Zyrtec, which was also once only available with prescription, now OTC from CVS Health. Hooray!
