Simple Caprese Pizza Bites Recipe

Yum! We are LOVING this super easy recipe for Caprese Pizza Bites made with frozen Farm Rich Mini Pizza Slices. It’s a total cinch and takes hardly any prep time. An ideal mix of convenience topped off by fresh healthy tomato slices and basil leaves. Perfect as an appetizer or meal when paired with a salad. These were our dinner on Friday night this weekend.

You can buy a package of frozen Farm Rich Mini Pizza Slices at Walmart for about $4.99. They taste unbelievably delicious as a stand alone mini pizza slice as they are filled with 100% real mozzarella cheese and marina sauce. We’ll be making these again and again as they are now a favorite!

I prefer to elaborate on the basic slice as it’s simple enough to make these even more of a meal and bright colored appetizer by topping each slice with fresh roma tomato slices, basil and some salt and pepper

I grabbed the recipe for Double Slice Caprese Pizza Bites from the Farm Rich website which I posted below.

You can make these as Double Slice Caprese Pizza Bites or even Single Slice Caprese Pizza Bites for a smaller “bite size” app. I made a combination of both as you can tell from my photos.
