Got Milk?

I’m super excited to announce that I’ve partnered with the classic Got Milk? campaign for BlogHer 2011 in San Diego. Known for their iconic Milk Mustache campaign, we’ll be chatting about Milk’s “Latte Love” program too – because for us busy Mamas a latte in the morning made with milk is an ultra nutritious addition to your busy morning routine.

Milk really helps fill in those gaps in nutrition. And it is so important to find ways to add milk to your diet. A Latte is the perfect addition – and one that is easy for Moms on the go. You may think you’re drinking enough milk, but you’re probably not. Many people in this country fail to get the recommended three glasses of milk daily, which means they’re missing out on vital nutrients

I couldn’t be more thrilled to work with Got Milk? and the Thanks- A – Latte campaign as they are helping us support the launch of the Digital Mom Handbook too!

Here’s me last year at BlogHer sporting out my very own Milk Mustache.

Trust me- it was challenging to create this mustache – I’d love to see how long it takes the celebs to make their perfect milk mustache for their advertisements!

I’ll be a “milk advocate” at BlogHer this weekend and this fall I’ll be able to do an interview with a soon to be revealed Celebrity Mom that is embracing the Got Milk Mom campaign – with her very own milk mustache and a delicious latte too!

And all this week I’ve been a huge milk drinker as I’ve been adding it to my blender with ice cream to make milkshakes to help me regain my strength and soothe my stomach after last week’s horrible health issues with the esophageal ulcer. Delicious and nutritious!

Disclosure: I’m working with Got Milk? and the Latte Love program while at BlogHer 2011 and for the Fall as milk advocate. I’m being compensated for my efforts but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I’m a mocha gal, myself… but over the years I’ve had the baristas add less and less chocolate so that sometimes they only charge me for a latte anyway! GO MILK! (I don’t especially like it cold any more, unless it’s chocolate, but nothing beats a great mocha!)
