Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1-2 tsp vanilla {depending on how strong you prefer that flavor}
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix together in one bowl, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow everything to firm up.
- Then roll into ball form – keep refrigerate grab and go and enjoy! I think you will love having these on hand and ready to go with the spring weather ahead of us, especially if running out the door and need something healthy for yourself or the kids when in a pinch.
